"Sex Offense" means:
- Child molestation in the 1st, 2nd or 3rd degree
- Communication with minor for immoral purposes
- Custodial sexual misconduct in the 1st degree
- Dealing of, or sending, bringing into state, depictions of minor engaged
in sexually explicit conduct
- Incest in the 1st or 2nd degree
- Indecent liberties
- Patronizing juvenile prostitute
- Rape in the 1st, 2nd or 3rd degree
- Rape of child in the 1st or 2nd degree
- Sexual exploitation of a minor
- Sexual misconduct with a minor in the 1st degree
- Sexually violating human remains
- Voyeurism
- A felony with a finding of sexual motivation, which means that one of the
purposes for which the defendant committed the crime was for the purpose of
his or her sexual gratification
- Any conviction for a felony offense in effect at any time prior to July
1, 1976, that is comparable to a felony in this list
- Any federal or out-of-state conviction for an offense that under the laws
of this state would be included in this list
